Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Scottjacob Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it. That may include contacting the provider. We will send you our findings and tell you about any action we take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
